All Day Ordering Tutorial
Policies
When possible, all orders should be placed the day prior to your scheduled event. All same day catering requests should be in by 9:00am. Please note that themed luncheons and hot entrée orders for Monday need to be placed by 12pm Friday.
Any hot entrée orders placed after this time or on the weekend will not be accepted. All prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Please note the minimum person and advance notices on many of our offerings. Please let us know how many vegetarians are in your group by noting in the comments section during checkout. The vegetarian friendly features are noted by "VEG" on the menu, but you still need to select the vegetarian friendly options on some. If you are not able to meet our minimum requirements please call and we can customize a menu for you or go off the dining menu for the day.
All cancellations must be called in to 419-662-6824 or done in person by 7:00 am the day of your event. You will still be responsible for any prepared food if you fail to meet these guidelines. Additional charges may be incurred for linen and or wait service - please inquire when ordering. All meals are priced for paper service. China service will incur an additional $2 charge per person.

All catering events will be billed to your credit card at the completion of your event. Any additional items that you add in the comments section will also be added to your final bill and you will receive an acknowledgement form.
